Financial Options
At Express Dental Care, we always offer free exams, X-rays, and consultations for our patients, only charging for actual dental procedures we perform and not diagnostics. In order to help you more easily pay for your dental care, we accept a wide variety of financial options, including:
- All PPO insurances
- CareCredit
- Springleaf Financial
- SEPP (Seraph Extended Payment Program), an in-house financing program with a down payment followed by monthly payments
- Credit cards (though not American Express at this time)
- Checks
- Cash
- In network with Regence, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, and Delta Dental
- Delta Dental Preferred Provider
Patient Forms
You can spend more time focusing on our patient education and less time on paperwork if you complete it before coming to Express Dental Care. Simply fill out the new patient forms either online while submitting it to us electronically or simply print it out at home and bring it with you to your appointment.
