Matthew Hernandez – Dental Director
Dr HernandezMatthew has skillfully opened/developed 18 dental practices in both Texas and Washington state, 5 dental laboratories and was Chief Business Development Officer for Paramount Med spas in Houston, Texas.

He is trained in all aspects of the dental industry including highly complex multi-group practice management and comprehensive dental treatment planning. Matthew was trained by over 80 years of family knowledge in the art of dental true comprehensive patient care and practice management in a variety of demographics. Being surrounded by a family deeply rooted in all aspects of the dental industry and a 3rd generation dental provider, Matthew has a firm belief for patient care and service to others.

Starting in Texas, he was the acting liaison for the Indian Tribal Denturity Association and the Alabama Coushatta Indian reservation tribal council negations to establish federal mandates allowing the practice of denturity on federally regulated land. Part of his obligations were to contract with top federal law attorneys such as Mr. Rick Moore JD of Norman, Oklahoma to be able to form statutes to include a dental training center for tribal dental practitioners and an oral health awareness group under IHS (Indian Health Services). Matthew started his dental training in 1998 with the ITDA’s dental training center doctors as a tribal dental clinician via a 4 year on-site program which included a mastery of both clinical and dental laboratory procedures.

In Washington State, Matthew began orchestrating the consolidation of dental services into a single dental practice. At the age of 17 he became the Director of Operations for Casablanca Dental Practice Management which made him responsible for the following:

  • 3 full service dental practice start-ups including construction, staffing and management
  • 2 full service dental laboratory start-ups providing in-house/external lab services
  • Negotiated/Managed a state wide contract with Extendicare & Evergreen Healthcare corporations for providing 29 long-term and assisted living facilities (5800 patients in total) with full service mobile dental care located throughout the state of Washington.

Matthew has extensive tried & tested field experience along with uncommon discipline which has enabled him to develop strategic methods for training doctors and auxiliary staff in the treatment of patients outside the standard dental practice environment. Matthew is highly trained in the art of removable/fixed dental restorations, dental practice management & complex treatment planning.

In his free time, Matthew manages Seraph Dental Group, a mobile dentistry company providing dental services to residents in nursing and assisted living homes around Western Washington.


Jin Lee – LD
Jin Lee L.D

Jin has worked in the dental laboratory industry for the last 11 years, specializing in removable dental prosthesis as the owner of Express Denture Care, L.L.C. and Comfort n’ Quick Dental Lab, L.L.C. As a second-generation dental laboratory technician, he has developed an eye for precision dental prosthesis as well as an affinitive understanding of a high volume dental laboratory. Taking over the operations of his family’s dental laboratory as master denture technician has allowed him to merge new technology with timeless techniques to optimize their true potential. Mr. Lee’s dental lab currently provides services to over 30 dental offices in and around the Puget Sound at over a thousand restorations per year. Some of the big names in the industry have relied on his talent, including Bright Now Dental, Sunrise Dental, and Gentle Dental.


Ilya Miloslavskiy – DDS (Prosthodontist)
Illya

Ilya graduated from Stony Brook University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and a minor in bioengineering. In 2005, Dr. Ilya received his dental degree from the Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Ilya completed a General Practice Residency at New York Hospital Queens and also served as chief resident of the Department of Dental and Oral Medicine.

Ilya continued his training with an additional three-year specialty residency in the prestigious New York Hospital Queens Postgraduate Prosthodontics program. While practicing both general dentistry and prosthodontics in New York City, Dr. Ilya also served as part time director of prosthodontics at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn.

He moved to the Pacific Northwest with his wife, who is a native of Redmond, WA. They now live on the Eastside with their baby boy, Jack, and two cats, Walty and Marilyn. Dr. Ilya strives to further his knowledge in dentistry by keeping current with modern technologies. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, kitesurfing, skiing, cycling, reading, and taking long walks.
